Sean Frazier, Director of Athletics at Northern Illinois University, discusses how his experience with college hockey as an NCAA D2 & D3 athletics director helped him progress to the position he currently holds. He roots his leadership philosophy in getting the right people in the right positions, developing them, and empowering them to be able to do the job on a daily basis. Speaking about his mentors, Frazier is very hearty in his appreciation for his development under Barry Alvarez and others he has learned from over his career.
