  • - Negotiating contracts as a conference so the money can go to all of the schools.
  • - So sometimes, for every dollar that comes in, 25 cents goes to Athletics, but there's a history we're building...

  • - When people are vehement about their perspective and are on opposing sides of an issue... how do you talk them off the ledge?
